Due to the global pandemic, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino has decided to extend current tier status through December 31, 2021. Players who earned a status in 2019, will continue to enjoy those tier level benefits through December 31, 2021.
Additionally, for the earnings period of January 1 – December 31, 2020, tier points required for each tier level have been adjusted.
Beginning January 1, 2021 through December 21, 2021 guests will begin earning their tier points for the 2022 calendar year at the Normal Points Earned levels as shown on the chart below.
