Request For Proposals- Thunder Valley CDC of Porcupine, SD is requesting proposals from qualified contractors. Services to be provided include construction services to repair storm damaged homes and buildings located at the Thunder Valley Regenerative Community Development, ¼ mile North of Sharps Corner, SD. Lakota Language Learner & Montessori Provider - The Lakota Language Learner and Montessori Provider will spend their day at the center overseeing activities with the children and ensuring all communication is in Lakota working towards language fluency. Lakota Language Reclamation Coordinator-The Lakota Language Reclamation Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the administration of all the Adult Lakota Language learning within TVCDC Lakota Language Initiative and programming. This position will empower, educate and coordinate all our adult learning programming and create systems to evaluate and track Lakota Language growth, development and proficiency. Regenerative Community Development Administrator- The Regenerative Community Development Administrator will manage the seamless daily functioning of the RCD Initiative and its ongoing projects. Grants Writer - The grant writer works within the Advancement Team to support the grant writing process through facilitation of TVCDC grant wiring team. The grant writer is responsible for supporting grant research and development for all initiatives of TVCDC. The grant writer will also work closely with the TVCDC Grant Manager to ensure all grants coming into TVCDC’s grant pipeline are being tracked through grants research and properly entered into the TVCDC’s grant management system.
